Tell us a bit about your role

My role is to manage the projects for the client to ensure that the project scope is delivered with certainty, efficiency and, above all, integrity.

What are you most looking forward to?

I'm really looking forward to being part of the team and watching it grow and develop into something really special. Team energy is key and I believe JaeVee can set the benchmark for modern team dynamics.

What drew you to JaeVee?

It is a new model. Having worked in business and construction for years, I have seen the same old business strategy repeated over and over with only limited success. A business needs to be truly different to stick out and succeed and JaeVee has what it takes.

First impressions?

JaeVee is a motivated, forward thinking company built on the strengths each member brings to the table.

What motivates you?

The desire to develop and succeed while delivering projects that make a difference.

Who is your favourite superhero and why?

I always quite liked the Rocketeer, he was a normal guy with a rocket pack that makes him awesome.

What do you enjoy doing when you're not working?

I enjoy running, travelling, playing squash, reading and doing DIY. I'd try anything though.

Do you have a secret talent that no one knows about?

Probably, but it's so secret even I don't know about it.

The elastic band was invented (patented) by Stephen Perry on the 17th March 1845.

Favourite band and type of music?

Fleetwood Mac, although I do have an eclectic taste in music.
